The relationship and responsibilities of a Design/Builder begin when assuming the procurement of the design and construction of the work in conformity with the Owner's designs criteria documents. The Design/Builder's architect will develop the project's concept; scope, design and specifications based on the owner's design criteria documents. During the construction phase, the design professionals for the Design/Build, acts as the representative in charge of assuring that construction will be compliance with the plans and specification.


Behar Construction, Co. provides full construction management services with the experience and track record for evaluating and analyzing the site and specific construction market conditions against the actual construction cost of a specific project and analyzing that to the owner's budget. Administrative Planning

·         Investigating site and construction market conditions
